How to apply as a course participant?

To participate in the 'Our World in Crisis?' course, please make application in one of the following ways:

Payment for the course can be made in one of two ways: by a direct transfer from your bank account or by cheque. Details are provided with the online application form (follow the link above), and on the printable form below.

Printing an Application Form to mail to us

Places will only be reserved on receipt of payment.  Course Fees are $550 (Institutional), $450 (Individual), and $295 (Low Income). Applications should be received by Friday 18 April 2008, and applicants are encouraged to submit as early as possible. Dependant on availability, new applicants may be considered after this date, but availability is unlikely.

Application Form:

This form provides for joint application of several people, however applications should be completed individually unless the principal contact can facilitate all communications on behalf of applicants.

Participants should only apply if they have a high degree of commitment to the course, are able to attend the full duration of all ten sessions, and are willing to complete the necessary reading and other preparation for each session and the short assignments.

***[Note: On Windows PCs - the application form alone can be printed by selecting it - "clicking" and "dragging" across the form with your mouse - then with the form details highlighted, select Print from the File Menu and use the Page Range "Selection" print option; a similar process is also available on Mac and Linux machines.]
