Aims
The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is
a private, non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing cooperation between
nations and promoting active international engagement by the United States. Its
work is non-partisan and dedicated to achieving practical results.
Activities
Through research, publishing, convening, and on
occasion, creating new institutions and international networks, Endowment
associates shape fresh policy approaches. Through its Carnegie Moscow Center,
the Endowment helps develop a tradition of public policy analysis in the states
of the former Soviet Union and improve relations between Russia and the United
States. The Endowment publishes Foreign Policy, a magazine of international
politics and economics, which reaches readers in more than 120 countries and
several languages.

The website features a very large amount of free
downloadable resources including; the Arab Reform Bulletin (published in English
and Arabic, in PDF format), a selection of recent book chapters written by staff
(in both PDF and HTML formats), Issue Briefs, Policy Briefs and Policy Outlooks
(in PDF format), NPP (Non-Proliferation Program) Analysis, Op-Eds/articles,
testimony and speeches (in HTML format), working papers, Carnegie Papers and
